Step 1
Attend one of Dr. Merriman's FREE Educational Seminars.  The seminar will last about 45 minutes and will allow you to have your questions answered including initial information about your insurance.  To register CLICK HERE.

Step 2
Our Insurance Coordinator will be in touch usually one to two weeks (depending on the speed of your insurance company's response) after your attendance at the seminar to give you the details of your benefits.

Step 3
You will make your first office visit to see Dr. Merriman and discuss your decisions.  Please make sure you complete all your new patient paperwork prior to your first appointment.  This can be done conveniently online – click here to go to the online paperwork forms.

Currently we DO NOT accept new Medicare or Medicaid patients. If you do not have insurance or your insurance does not cover Weight Loss Surgery, please click here to see financing and cash pay options.
